  Not compliant with HRS on "86" people because of race, disability and still in violation of Hawaii Civil Rights on public accommodation with or without TRO via law enforcement: Refused service to me ACLU, National Active member and a retired registered with documented disability. The whole business community needs continuing education and make themselves familiar with HRS on the unlawful refusal of service without cause. I have not filed any complaint to Hawaii Civil Rights, since I am hoping that they should consult their counsel and familiarize themselves regarding the HRS. Law enforcement was informed and updated; it's a civil issue unless they prove criminal intent; thus, must follow lawful process such as filing TRO and court proceedings, service and prove in court. And only then, they can lawful restrained a potential customer from the premises. Violation of HRS under Public Accommodation has monetary fines involved and the recourse due to individual injured. Basically, I believe that the establishment just needs to get informed and follow the law; otherwise, someone other than myself will pursue further action. Just need to know that they fall under this HRS ,especially if they serve the public. It is a great fun place to go and have Kareoke, live band, local community, management just need to apply the statutes, too bad I was 86'd from the only take out pizza in town. I hope that this does not happen to an elderly woman with a disability , who is labeled mental? I just do not know yet exactly what to do. Do not worry about me, I can handle: an out of towner might just do what is right. I am ACLU National and everything can be mediated in a peaceful manner. Just please be careful, someone other than me will take action. Do you think if I try to go in there, they will block the door again? Or we can all be friends and treat everyone equal under the law regardless of race, gender, disability, familial status, color, religious practice, etc.?

  By the way, whoever posted the picture which was after my review is testing whether I can get set up.for copyright infringements, the metadata would show otherwise. Whoever uses that photo is surely setting me up.
  Sorry, do not go for the drama. ACLU is a plausible step for my goal.
